By default, we open envelopes to scan the contents. If there is any mail you don’t want us to open, just let us know in advance.
We also responsibly discard any mail containing advertisements or propaganda.
Please note, this address is for personal use only—not for legal matters, tax authorities, or municipal offices.
We handle only mail (no parcels), with a maximum size of A4 and up to 20 pages.
All contract details including location and payment information are provided upfront. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personal mailing address.

To make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, just follow these simple steps:
Submit Your Online Application
Fill in the application form on our website completely and accurately. The more details you provide, the faster we can get started. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays.
Provide Your ID
Upload a valid official identification document (passport, driver’s license, or national ID). We need this to confirm your identity and set up your service correctly.
Check Your Details
Make sure your address and contact information are correct and up to date—this helps us avoid mistakes and ensures your
mail is handled without delay.
Stay in Touch
Keep an eye on your inbox! We may send you important updates or questions during the process. Responding quickly will help keep everything on track.
Mail Handling
We scan your mail and send it to the email address you’ve provided. If you want physical mail forwarded to another address, just let us know. This isn’t automatic and will involve a small additional fee.
Complete Your Payment
Follow the payment instructions we send you. We can only start processing your application once payment is received.

Monthly Pricing: €30
Maximum 5 pieces of mail. After that, it’s €1 per scan.
Forwarding Mail
Standard registered, signature required upon receipt.
Delivery guaranteed, as our slogan says.
Costs: shipping fees + €3 administration fee
